Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nürnberg is the largest international trade fair for toys andgames. Only trade visitors associated with the toy business, journalists and invited guests are admitted. The six day long fair is opened every year in the beginning of February by the sitting Minister-President of Bavariawho also oversees the fair. About 2,700 exhibitors from about 60 countries are presenting their novelties on the fair. In 2009, 75,000 trade visitors from 115 countries came to NurembergGermany.[1] The fair is organized by Nuremberg company Spielwarenmesse eG, a registered cooperative founded by toy traders 
  
With a venue space of 155,000 square meters, which is greater than the size of three Tokyo Domes, and more than 70,000 new product announcements, the sheer scale of the Nuremberg Toy Fair boggles the mind.
  
This annual event is in its 60th year and is once again held in the German city of Nuremberg from February 5th-10th. 
  
Over 2,750 hobby, toy, and crafts manufacturers from 60 countries are displaying a wide variety of products, which range from plastic models, R/C models, and miniature cars to train models, stuffed animals, and handicraft items. 
  
Furthermore, the fair will also be hosting industry forums and special themed exhibits, making it a must-see event for the 80,000 visitors from 120 countries around the world who want to know what the industry's trends will be for this year.
